We have recently updated our Terms and Agreements page effective of 6th October 2012.
We would like to make all Constructive Visual users aware of these changes and explain what's changing, why and what these changes mean for Constructive Visual clients.

First, we have included new products in on our website: Website Plans which include every new customer sign a written agreement with Constructive Visual. This approach is somewhat complicated as our clients are reluctant to return the paperwork back to Constructive Visual so we decided to streamline the process and integrate the paperwork into our website. On request, a client can request for a paper-based written agreement to be sent to them.

So we're rolling out our Website Design Project Agreement as part of our Terms and Agreements. It is designed for customers who are seeking our website design plans and goes into detail the outlines of the agreement between client and Constructive Visual.

What does this mean for us?
Upon signing up for a Constructive Visual website plan on our website a client agrees to the terms and agreements outlined in the Website Design Project Agreement. The agreement outlines:
  • The development of the website
  • Copyrights and trademarks
  • Website maintenance
  • Completion date
  • Project delivery
  • Payments
  • Website security
  • Final signoff

Second, the Constructive Visual Terms and Agreements - terms you agree to when you use our products and services. As with our privacy policies, we've written them so they're clear and easier to read.

Finally, what we're not changing. We remain committed to our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, Customer Service Policy, .au Registrant Agreement and ICANN Transfer Dispute Resolution Policy which remain still effective and unchanged.
